- Dr Delmar is an Upstate NY native (Plattsburgh to be exact) who attended West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed her pediatric residency training at Albany Medical Center. Kayla lives in Syracuse with her husband and their fur baby and they love hiking, yoga, cooking and traveling.
